Founding Story
I studied Exercise Science because I was fascinated by how adaptable the human body is. I began training clients in 2014, opened my own studio in Smithtown in 2019, and closed it in 2020. Training clients in their 80s through the pandemic showed me where I was most useful, and my work has centered on older adults since.
Vision
To reach millions of older adults with exercise simple enough to start today and effective enough to change how they live. Longer independence, easier daily movement, and more years of doing what they love.
Mission
To help older adults stay strong, confident, independent and active through safe, practical exercise. Muscle can be built at any age with good technique and doable movements. Every session makes daily life easier.

Naomi Hadar
MS Exercise Science
I hold a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Hofstra University and have worked as a personal trainer since 2014. Over 12 years I have taught in boutique studios, franchise gyms, private homes and a private club fitness center, training thousands of people one to one and in group classes.
In 2019 I opened my own boutique studio in Smithtown, New York. When it closed in 2020 I moved to training clients privately in their homes, and several were in their 80s and determined to keep exercising through the pandemic. That period shaped my career. I found the work I was best at and cared most about: training people in their upper 70s and beyond.
From that experience and ongoing education I developed a method that blends balance work, leg strength, posture and doable exercises to make everyday life easier. Today I am fitness director at a private club in Lake Success, New York, leading weight training, cardio and core classes and coaching one to one sessions in the fitness center.
